Plot Synopsis
After Will and Grace decide to have a baby together, obstacles pile up before them, including a missing specimen sample and bungled insemination efforts that have them teetering between artificial and natural means -- all leading to mis-conceptions. Meanwhile, when Jack considers giving up his show-business aspirations, until he gets some career advice from a "divine" entity -- his idol, Cher. Likewise, married Karen is sorely tempted by the romantic tickling of a rich and natty gentleman.

Notes
- One Hour Season Finale.
- Jack's boss, Dorleen, is fired and Jack is offered a promotion to Floor Manager. After he dreams Cher telling him that show business needs him, he quits Barney's to go to an audition.
- Laura Kightlinger also appeared in episode #2.11 as the sperm bank nurse. In this episode we find out that her name is Sheila.
- Andrew Rosenbach appeared in episode #4.05; the "Barney's Employee" gets a name in this episode now that Jack can talk to him since he's not the hand cream guy anymore.
