• Admiral Freeman's first name is finally revealed as Alonzo.
  
• Boimler's family owns a vineyard. They dry the grapes for raisins, not wine. Boimler appears in Picard's hat and clothes from "All Good Things…".
  
• Rutherford and Tendi visit Sisko's Creole Kitchen in New Orleans, first seen in the DS9 episode "Homefront". Rutherford wears a sweater styled after Jake Sisko's, and he wears Zefram Cochran's hat.
  
• The site of First Contact in Bozeman, Montana is now a theme park, complete with a holographic Zefram Cochrane. The Phoenix is an amusement park ride, which the lower deckers hijack to get to the U.S.S. Cerritos in drydock. The Star Trek: First Contact theme plays when the park is first shown.
  
• By the time the lower deckers get to the U.S.S. Cerritos, Captain Freeman has been exonerated.
  
• Captain Morgan Bateson ("Cause and Effect") and Commander Tuvok (Star Trek: Voyager) are shown as part of the Starfleet intelligence team that uncovered the Pakled Planet conspiracy. (They framed Captain Freeman and blew up their own planet so that Starfleet would relocate them to a better planet.)
